NEPAL

Day 01: Darbhanga to Janakpur

Arrival at Darbhanga Airport: Meet our representative upon arrival. You will be greeted and assisted with your luggage.

Transfer to Janakpur: A comfortable drive to Janakpur, Nepal (approx. 3 hours). During the drive, enjoy scenic views of the Indian-Nepal border region.


Border Formalities: Clear border formalities at the Indo-Nepal border, which will take about 1 hour. Our representative will assist with all the necessary paperwork.

  • Check-in at Hotel in Janakpur. Upon arrival in Janakpur, check in at the hotel and refresh yourself. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the hotel

  • Janakpur Exploration

Janaki Temple Darshan: Post-lunch, explore the famous Janaki Temple, dedicated to Goddess Sita. The temple, with its beautiful Mithila-style architecture, is a significant pilgrimage site. Travel by auto-rickshaw to navigate the narrow lanes and experience local life up close.

Evening Aarti: Attend the evening aarti (prayer ceremony) at Janaki Temple to experience the spiritual ambience of the place.

Day 02: Flight From Janakpur to Kathmandu

Morning at Leisure and Breakfast: Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, and take some time to explore Janakpur or shop for local souvenirs.

 

Flight to Kathmandu: Transfer to Janakpur Airport for your flight to Kathmandu. The flight offers a panoramic view of the Himalayas and takes approximately 1 hour.

Arrival in Kathmandu and Sightseeing:

Jal Narayan Temple (Budhanilkantha): Visit the temple of the reclining Vishnu, an impressive stone sculpture lying in the center of a pond.
 

Pashupatinath Temple: One of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Observe the cremation ceremonies along the Bagmati River and explore the spiritual aura of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
 

Guheshwori Temple (Shakti Peeth): A revered temple of Goddess Parvati, believed to be a Shakti Peeth, where a body part of Sati (Parvati) fell.
 

Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple): Enjoy a panoramic view of Kathmandu city from this iconic hilltop temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site.


❖ Check-in at Hotel in Kathmandu, Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu for check-in. Evening at leisure to explore the local markets or relax.
❖ Overnight Stay in Kathmandu

Day 03: Bhaktapur City Tour (6 hours)

  • Breakfast at Hotel, enjoy a hearty breakfast before starting your city tour.

  • Bhaktapur Durbar Square Tour: Explore the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its stunning architecture and historical importance.
    Sage Mahadev Statue: Visit the world's tallest statue of Lord Shiva, an impressive monument standing 143 feet tall.
    Doleshwor Mahadev Temple: A sacred temple believed to be the head part of Kedarnath, an important pilgrimage for Shiva devotees.
    Pottery Square: Witness traditional pottery-making and take part in a pottery workshop.
    Local Handicrafts and Shops: Explore local shops and stalls selling handmade crafts, Thangka paintings, and Nepali souvenirs.
    ❖ Visit to Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple): Revisit this ancient religious complex to soak in the spiritual vibes and panoramic views.
    ❖ Overnight Stay in Kathmandu

Day 04: Kathmandu to Pokhara to (9 hours) via Manokamana

❖Breakfast at Hotel, Early breakfast to start the journey to Pokhara.
❖ Drive to Pokhara via Manakamana Temple, A scenic 8-hour drive (200 km) to Pokhara, with a stopover at the Manakamana Temple
❖ Manakamana Temple Visit, Take a cable car ride (10-15 minutes) to the temple located atop a hill, believed to fulfill the wishes of devotees. Spend some time offering prayers and exploring the temple surroundings.
❖ Continue Drive to Pokhara, After visiting the temple, continue the journey to Pokhara, a city known for its natural beauty and serene lakes.
❖ Check-in at Hotel in Pokhara, upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. Evening free to stroll along the Phewa Lake or explore the lakeside market.
❖ Overnight Stay in Pokhara

Day 05: Pokhara-Mukthinath-Jomsom (6 hours) & sightseeing

❖ Early Morning Departure, Start early at 6 am with a packed breakfast for the drive to Muktinath (approx. 8 hours, 200 km).
Muktinath Temple: Arrive at Muktinath, a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists. The temple is known for its 108 water springs and eternal flame. Perform puja and rituals, take a holy bath in the ice-cold waters, and enjoy the spiritual ambiance.
❖ Drive to Jomsom, After darshan, drive back to Jomsom for an overnight stay.

Day 06: Transfers to Pokhara

Drive Back to Pokhara, Start at 6 am for the drive back to Pokhara. Enjoy breakfast en route at a local restaurant
❖ Sightseeing in Pokhara
Bindabasini Temple: Visit the Bindabasini Temple, dedicated to the goddess Bhagwati, known for its peaceful ambiance.
Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave: Explore this sacred cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Davis Falls: Visit Davis Falls, a unique waterfall that flows directly into a deep, narrow canal with no end. Fewa Lake: Enjoy a boat ride on Fewa Lake, offering stunning views of the Annapurna range.
❖ Dinner and overnight Stay at Pokhara.

Day 07: Flight from Pokhara to Bhairahawa & Lumbini Sight seeing’s

Breakfast at hotel, enjoy breakfast before your drop to Pokhara Airport to proceed towards Bhairahawa
❖ After reaching Bhairahawa, drive to Lumbini, A scenic drive to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. This drive offers glimpses of rural Nepal and lush landscapes.
Lumbini Exploration by Rickshaw: Explore the sacred Lumbini Garden by rickshaw, which is the only mode of transportation allowed within the premises.
Maya Devi Temple: Visit the temple dedicated to Queen Maya Devi, the mother of Buddha, and the exact spot where Buddha was born.
Ashoka Pillar: See the Ashoka Pillar, erected by Emperor Ashoka to mark his visit to Lumbini.
Sacred Pond (Puskarini): Explore the sacred pond where Queen Maya Devi took a bath before giving birth to Buddha.

Day 8 | Lumbini to Gorakhpur (4 hours)

❖  Breakfast and Check-out, Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out.
❖ Transfer to Gorakhpur Airport, Drive to Gorakhpur (approx. 4 hours).
❖ On the way, visit *Gorakhnath Temple*, a revered Hindu temple dedicated to Guru Gorakhnath
❖ After visiting the temple, proceed to Gorakhpur Airport for your onward journey.
